Cancellation Policy
Please take note of our cancellation policy before booking your trip.
If you wish to cancel your trip, please contact us at least 7 days before your departure date and will will give you a full refund. All refunds are issued through Tab Payments and are subject to 300 baht processing fee.
If you cancel your trip within 7 days of departure date we will not refund your deposit. Any passengers cancelling within 24 hours of trip will be liable for payment of full amount.
If you wish to reschedule your trip please contact us at least 48 hours before trip departure date and we will do our best to book an alternative date. If no alternative dates are available and you must cancel your trip, then our cancellation policy stands.
If we cancel your trip due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances and an alternative date cannot be arranged we will give you a full refund. Please note that we do not cancel trips because it is raining. We only cancel trips if there are weather warnings or we deem the sea to be unsafe for a trip.
