​Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

• Cancellations by Guests​

  • Within 7 days of departure: Deposit is non-refundable.

  • Within 24 hours of departure: Full trip cost will be charged. No refunds.

• 7+ days before departure: Full refund.

• Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before departure.

  • We will do our best to accommodate an alternative date.

  • If no alternative is available, the cancellation terms above will apply.

• Cancellations by Us

  • If we cancel a trip due to unsafe sea conditions or unforeseen circumstances, and no alternative date can be arranged, you will receive a full refund

• Rainy Weather & Rainy Season​

  • Trips will not be canceled for rain showers alone. Light or moderate rain does not normally affect the safety of our tours.

  • A trip will only be canceled if there are official weather warnings or if we determine that sea conditions are unsafe for travel.

  • In such cases, guests may choose an alternative date or receive a full refund.

• Please note that rain is common in tropical climates, especially during the rainy season.
